Proper football is back and as an added bonus, or not, we get to wait until Monday to see what everyone else gets up to before going into the match needing three points.
And needing them is a theme. The Premier League isn't a League where the season ends this soon, but we need wins on the board before some start to get restless. And West Ham have started okay this season.
But they've not started great. Seven points from a possible twelve isn't something to write home about, but when you look at the table, only one team has started the way you'd have liked after four games.
And if we beat West Ham on Monday night, we're only a point behind them and that is the difference between them, sitting three points off second and us, sitting in the bottom three. It's why there is no real reason to be concerned just yet because we're just finding our feet.
And when I look at our performances this season, I can see we were a little unstable at the start, but things are starting to look a little more cultured. And at Villa Park, we have to show that culture on Monday night.

I've not really kept up to date with what has gone on since Crystal Palace, but Super Jack had a birthday and didn't get his face in the paper. Villa Park wont be a host venue at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games and the sale, of Villa Park to our owners, approved by the League, is to be scrutinised by the Premier League.
