Beating Spurs in London is nice, those two goals were better

What a day yesterday was. Not just for the football. I woke up in the cinema about 90 minutes into the film. I think I must have fallen asleep very early in. Don't know if I snored or even how I woke up. I think it's entirely likely someone nudged me awake. So now I have to live with never going back to the only cinema in town.

Felt good to write that. We should have a confession day. If you've got one, write it below. But enough of that, what a match yesterday and that I had a double on us and Manchester United to win, made it even better.

And I read that there are some pundits even calling that second a goal of the season contender and when you put it all together, it probably could be, but with us only having played 8 games, there is every chance we'll see a better one. But still, wasn't it sublime.

Matty Cash, take a bow son. Lucas Digne, go get a massage and Emi Buendia, there are no words. Or there are, just look for what I've written about him. But lets not focus on the scorer or even the player that will get the assist. Matty Cash, that ball was sublime. But now I've written it and watched it again, that touch from Digne. Wow.

Actually Emi, all you had to do was score and even though that was the most important part, in that move, it was the easy part. But I also shouldn't forget about Rogers. That goal to get us back in the game was also special. Same level as the winner, but it certainly got me up cheering.

Anyway, it's Monday and I need to now find my glasses and probably perform a quick search on Snapchat or Ticktok for a sleeping man in the local cinema.
