It's Middlesbrough and defeat in London

We didn't get out of second gear today and you can't really be that surprised. I mean it was fourth place and nobody wanted to risk anything ahead of next weekend.

Grealish, Grabban and Snodgrass came on for a run out with a little over fifteen minutes to go, but other than that, there was nothing really to write about.

Oh, I could write that today was the first time in the League this season that we've conceded from a penalty. That's interesting, right? Okay, maybe not.

No, it's now all about Middlesbrough, because they stand in the way of a trip to Wembley and a chance of playing Premier League football again. But it could have so easily have been Derby. It was changing quite a bit today.

But it doesn't matter who it is because the bottom line is we have to, for the next three games, be the team we know we can be. We have to dig deep for three matches and give the type of performance that you remember in older age. And it's going to be hard, because they've got to do it three times.

But this is what winners are made of and over the next three games, we need to see winners not frightened of doing what it takes.

Anyway, that is that. I'm off for some late dinner and to get ready for my week. Enjoy.
