That was a much better second half and without it, I think I might have fallen asleep.
Yes, it was 1-1 at half time but our goal was from a deflection and we didn't deserve it, while on the other hand, Blackpool did deserve their goal and it was well put together and well taken by Marlon Harewood.
But this is just a news post, because we won. The goals came from Downing (the deflection that he will rightly claim), The Fonz and James Collins got the winner with a couple of minutes to go.
It was close too in the end as Blackpool got their second with four minutes to go, so a tense final few minutes, but a good win against a side that played some good football tonight.
I will say this though; the referee was awful. The Fonz had a goal disallowed for I don't know what and Marc Albrighton should have won a penalty when he was clearly hacked down in the box but it wasn't given.
I will also add that Harewood got a good reception, which pleased me. He was unlucky with us and he always gave 100% when given a chance so I'm glad to see him happy somewhere else.
Right. Vote for your man of the match, I've got to get to bed, early start tomorrow. But I have a smile on my face as we are on 16 points, one point from fifth place - not such a bad situation we are in after all, is it?
