Newcastle tomorrow, prediction and match facts from the BBC

Newcastle are a strange Club and by that I mean, they've got so much potential and it's easy to see why they have optimistic supporters and should they get the new ownership they all want, you never know what could happen. But they've not got that and they have Steve Bruce.

Yet, they walk around with a smile and that optimistic limp.

Am I going to get in to trouble? Probably. Do I care? No. You basically never know what you're going to get with Newcastle but Steve Bruce is different because you know what you will get with him. And this is from the person that thought he should never have been sacked by us and he should have been employed earlier.

But this is the Premier League and it's not about this is my ball. Newcastle also don't have the players.

It's questionable that we do at this stage of the season too. But we do have the best keeper in the Premier League and tomorrow that might be what wins us the game. Yes, I have a man crush on Emiliano.

But, enough of that. I should also write that someone called Jason won the competition last time out so he has two tickets for the match. I hope you have fun Jason. He was a few thousand a way from the right number. And we might still have a competition tomorrow, I'm just going to sober up and email someone.

I'm going for a home win, but I'm not predicting a mouth watering performance. I'm thinking scrappy. Smith versus Bruce this early in the season isn't a pretty thought.
